Parents Terms & Conditions

Punctuality – I/we will arrive promptly to drop off or pick up my/our child. I/We understand that there will be a late payment fee for late pick ups of £5.00 for each 15 minutes. If there is a problem with arriving to pick up we will inform pre -school as soon as possible.

I/We will ensure that we are contactable by mobile phone whilst our child is at pre-school in case of emergencies or illness.

I/We agree to pay fees due either termly or weekly in advance or on a pay as you go basis. I understand that failure to pay fees may result in the removal of my/our child’s place.(Funded hours will not be withdrawn). I will speak to pre school if I/We experience any problems with paying fees.

I/We agree that one months notice will be required to terminate our place at Pre School ( this does not apply to funded sessions).

I agree that pre-school may share information regarding our child with any other setting they may attend.

I/We agree to our child being taken on short local outings from pre-school. Specific consent will be required for any major excursions.

I/We understand that Pre-school adopts a zero tolerance approach to any aggressive or abusive behaviour on site or towards our staff or other parents. Any such behaviour may result in the termination of the place.

I/We understand that Preschool have a specific procedure should any complaints arise. We will take up any such concerns directly with pre-school. I/We understand that any behaviour either via social media or word of mouth that could be viewed as damaging to the reputation of pre school may be subject to possible removal of place or civil proceedings

I/We are aware that a full list of policies and procedures is available to view. I/We agree to abide by these during my/our child’s time at pre school.
