Fees and Funding

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each term. You must pay termly/weekly in advance or on a pay as you go basis. We accept bacs payments or cash.  We also accept childcare vouchers.  We are open term time only ( 38 weeks per year). Mon to Thur 8:45am-11:45am & 12.15pm - 3.15pm. Friday 8:45am -11.45am. 

Government funding

All children attending are entitled to fifteen hours of government funding from the term following their third birthday. We accept the 15-hour entitlement for working parents of two-year-olds; to determine your eligibility, please visit https://childcarechoices.gov.uk. Some two year olds may be entitled to government funding if parents are in receipt of certain benefits.  Entitlement to a free Early Education place does not offer a guarantee of a place at any one provider or a particular pattern of delivery. 

Please enquire if you think you may be eligible to receive Free For Two funding. Some children may also be entitled to Early Years Pupil Premium (also dependant on parental circumstances).

Our funded sessions are offered in three hour blocks:

Morning session - 8:45am-11:45am  

Afternoon session: 12:15pm – 3.15 pm.

Any sessions taken over the fifteen hours funding (5 sessions) are charged at £24.00 per session.

If only one session is taken up per day we ask for a voluntary contribution of £2.50 to cover the cost of snack and other consumables.

Lunch club is charged at £10.00  (11:45pm – 12.15pm). Lunch club is inclusive of non funded lunch period (a packed lunch must be provided) + 2x snacks and all other consumables.

Late pick ups are subject to a £5.00 per 15 minutes charge.

There is a £10.00 per full day charge which includes all snacks/drinks and the non funded lunch period.

If fees are altered at any time we will endeavour to give a terms notice.
